First idea was just to extend and refurbish the property.  After we have done site/home survey we agreed with client the house is in a very bad shape and after consultation with an architect we haved decided it will be better and more feasible to start form a scratch and build a new house which will meet all current British Building Standard and Environment Regulations. And the result is just perfect.
